I have been around heavy equipment since I was a kid and never got over it. I have run Cat, Deere, International and a few others. In the last 15 years I developed my lake lot with a 1974 100C Crawler and then traded up to a 1990 931C Cat. The International treated me alright, but I lost about $7,000 on the Cat.  Along the way I picked up a 1990 Fiat Allis parking Lot grader and lost over $10000 on it, not to mention countless hours making it saleable. Luckily I never dropped a motor or transmission, that would have made them scrap iron.

Long story short, I became gun shy about used equipment not knowing what would happen every time I tried to start it. When I came upon these brand new loaders with fresh paint, I decided to go for it.  Yeah, they aren't a Cat or Deere, but I can't afford one of those anyway!

These have heated cabs, start great, and parts are reasonable and basic enough so you can do your own work on them. I even built a shed to keep mine nice and shiny.
